This privacy policy explains how CRWD ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use https://crwdmarketing.com, contact us, or work with us. We operate in the Philippines and process personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

What we collect

We collect personal data in three ways.

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, request a callback, subscribe to our newsletter, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.

Analytics and advertising data. We may use analytics tools and advertising pixels from providers such as Google and Meta. These set cookies or similar identifiers that help us measure traffic and the performance of our campaigns. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it before these tools run.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver services you ask for.
• To send you the newsletter or updates you have subscribed to. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by contacting us.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To measure and improve our marketing.
• To comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We process your data because it is needed to respond to you or perform a contract with you, because you have consented, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and promoting our business that does not override your rights.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the website and the business, such as hosting, email delivery, CRM, analytics and advertising platforms, under agreements that restrict their use of the data.
• Professional advisers, regulators and authorities where the law requires it.
• A buyer or successor if our business is transferred, under the same protections.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client data for as long as needed to handle your request or the relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as required by law or to resolve disputes. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in the relevant tool.

Your rights

Subject to the law, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your data or restrict how we use it;
• stop sending you marketing;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
• provide your data in a portable format where processing is based on consent or contract.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
