Building the narrative
The document opens with purpose and people: the chairman's message, the group's vision to be the premier concrete producer known for innovation, reliability, and sustainability, its six core values, and the leadership team behind them.
Ready Mix Division
Ready-mix concrete is the core of the group and makes up 89% of revenue. CRWD gave each operation its own page: ORYX Fujairah, the flagship with over 70% local market share; ORYX Dubai in DIC and Al Quoz; ORYX RAK; and ORYX Sharjah at Sajja'a and Hamriyah. A dedicated spread covers the fleet: 26 batching plants, 265 transit mixers, and 75 mobile concrete pumps.
Crushers and Transport
The Crushers chapter covers the Al Hayl quarry and its heavy gabbro reserves, Sandvik crushing lines, and a full product range from crushed sand to armour rock. The Transport chapter covers ORYX Transport & Equipment Maintenance, its Volvo fleet, and its location within an hour of four major UAE ports.
Making the data readable
Plant counts, fleet sizes, capacities, and reserves were turned into bold stat blocks, a market coverage map of every batching plant and the quarry, and a timeline from the first operations in Fujairah in 1995 to the Sharjah launch and the Al Azzani acquisition in 2023.
